As part of a home renovation another plasterer had made a start on these rooms but had left a poor standard of finish when it came to the skimming.
Trowel marks / scuffs could be seen and the artex pattern was still showing through on the ceiling so this required reskimming.
2 walls that had been taken back to brick needed reboarding and areas of blown plaster / electrical chases were filled with bonding before the ceiling and walls were skimmed

Required Work -

Dot & dab plasterboards to 2 bedroom walls, Bonding repairs to walls/chases where needed, Patch ceiling holes

Skim ceiling and walls in box bedroom

Reskim ceiling and walls in second bedroom

Project cost -

The customer already had the required plasterboards on this job so the price was to supply the rest of the materials adhesive, plaster etc + labour

£1015

Completion time -

3 days
